• exploratory sea cliff climbing: I went sea cliff climbing in Wales. Washington has tons of coastline. A lot of it is steep and on public land. All my google research has turned up that climbing is not allowed at Deception Pass, and a few rumors of stuff on Vancouver Island on ukc and rockclimbing.com.
